Sicko
Poor kid caught what the rest of his friends have, so new new pics until he's feeling well again. Gotta say he's a great patient. Never complains, just wants to hang out with me on the couch. Low grade fever, runny nose. Last night's stomach issues have passed (pun intended) thank goodness.

Pretend Birthday
Using a new kids cooking set (Thanks Alix & Alex!) Andrew made me a pretend birthday cake with flour, water and sprinkles.

Snow
Can you tell that Andrew loves playing in the snow?
He's so happy when he wakes up to more of the white stuff.

Andrew's Ladies
Still a ladies man. Juni above, Lily below. Myself, I'm pleased he hangs with the girls, they are a nice calming influence. Plus they are just so darn cute!

Storytime Hugs
Finally! I've waited 3 years to be able to attend storytime with Andrew. We've tried before but he never was interested, would just run right out of the room. Today we went with my friend Racheli and her son Eitan. This photo is from her smartphone (am I the only one who still uses a dumbphone?). This kid is getting more affectionate by the day. He wants to lay down with me in his bed at night, he crawls into bed with me in the morning, we snuggle under blankets to read and watch movies, and when we're out and about he's pretty huggie as you can see. From what I can tell this has nothing to do with separation anxiety, we leave each others side daily and he sends me off with a kiss and a "have a good day, see you later!" So I'll enjoy it while it lasts. He's so soft and warm :)

First Theater Visit
This morning I took Andrew to Sesame Street Live at the Palace Theater in Albany. We bought cheapo nosebleed seats but because it was a weekday morning, the usher moved us down for a better view. At age 3 he knows basic etiquette, so it went pretty well. But he was squirmy and wanted to run around a bit, which was our cue to leave. All in all I think he liked it!
